SSC (Staff Selection Commission) is a conducting body that is responsible for recruiting staff for various Ministries and Departments of India. For this purpose, the Staff Selection Commission organizes SSC Exam every year, such as SSC Stenographer, SSC GD, SSD JHT, SSC CGHL, SSC CGL, SSC MST, SSC JE, etc to recruit various staff in various departments, ministries, and organizations of India.

SSC JE 2022 exam is the most prominent exam that is conducted annually by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). Only engineering graduate candidates are eligible to apply for the SSC JE exam. There are two tiers of the selection for which the SSC JE exam dates are released separately. The exam will be conducted in online mode for tier 1 in November. The SSC JE tier 1 shall be objective while tier 2 will be descriptive.

SSC JE 2022 notification has been released by the Staff Selection Commission on its website on 12 August. Candidates who have a degree or diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical can apply online for the SSC JE exam by visiting the SSC website. The apply online link remains active from 12 August to 2 September 2022. The SSC JE vacancy will be disclosed by the Commission at a later stage.
