Job details
- Perform initial validations & execute uploads – Upload files to the TM1 tool
- Perform basic error handling and validations
- Responsible for availability of monthly & quarterly Actual Financials to meet reporting requirements
- Responsible for end-to-end data validation and corrective actions/maintenance to ensure data quality and integrity (Actual & Budget)
- Perform inter and intra-system reconciliations as documented in SOPs
- Responsible for actively soliciting feedback, identify action plans, and following through to ensure improvement on processes and technical issues are resolved
Eligibility
- 0-3 Years of work experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the financial business processes and SOX compliance
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Strong process mindset
- Willing to learn new technology
- Willing to work in Shifts including night shifts
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to connect across cultures/countries
- Continuous process improvement orientation
