Job Description: 

1. Has to have an overall Experience of  0 to 2 years.
2. Minimum Qualification shall be LLB.
3. Post Graduation in LLM  is preferred.
4. Knowledge of Indian Contracts Act
5. Knowledge of Arbitration and conciliation Act
6. Knowledge in Limitations Acts
7. Knowledge in Indian and International Arbitration
8. Knowledge of various other relevant Act
9. Knowledge of infrastructure project works preferred.
10. Drafting and Vetting subcontracts, and main contract amendments
11. Should possess knowledge in prolongation cost claims
