Salary / Pay Scale:
- A consolidated stipend will be paid to FCI Management Trainees at the rate of Rs. 40000/- (Forty thousand only) per month during the training period.
- On completion of six months of training successfully, they will be considered for absorption in the Corporation as Managers in the IDA Pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 140000/-

- Total vacancies notified by the FCI for Management Trainees / Managers Posts are 113.
Eligibility Criteria / Educational Qualification:
Any of the following Degree / Diploma holder candidates can apply online
- Graduate in Any Discipline OR
- CA/ICWA/CS OR
- Engineering Degree in Relevant Discipline OR
- Other degree/diploma holders as mentioned in the Notification.
Age Limits:
- Up to 35 Years for Manager (Hindi) Posts and up to 28 years for All Other Discipline. Relaxation will be applicable as per Government Rules.
Selection Process:
- The selection process will be consisting of Online Test, Interview, and Training.
Application Fees:
- Application fees for FCI Management Trainees / Managers Recruitment 2022 are Rs. 800/-. However, no fees are required to be paid by the SC / ST / PwBD Candidates.
