Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Good Communication skills.
2+ Years experience required in Hiring for voice process for International BPO and understanding different shifts used in BPO hiring.
Comfortable working on Targets
Experience in Naukri / Monster & Shine i.e. should know how to use the search as well as do the Job Posting and Mass Emails.
Experience in conceptualizing and devising strategies for appropriate recruitments as per the descriptions provided by clients.
Exposure to Complete Recruitment life cycle. Expertise in Job assessment, Sourcing, Screening of resume, Initial screening Interview and follow-up
Candidates should not have a long career gap

Experience: 2+ years

Job Location: – Anywhere in India

Office Timings-9:30-6:30PM
2nd and 4th Saturday Off
